2 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to § 13 BGB of a “natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity”).

3 Conclusion of the contract and storage of the contract text
The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to services that consumers conclude via the website www.s-g-s.ch

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).

The presentation and description of the service on the website of Swiss Grading Service GmbH does not constitute a contract offer. By submitting the undersigned submission form, the consumer enters into a “paid order”. Only with the dispatch of an order confirmation (as soon as the trading cards arrive and have been checked) by E-Mail the contract is concluded by the user.

The text of the contract is saved with orders. After the conclusion of the contract, the order data can no longer be viewed.

4 payment
The statutory sales tax does not apply and is shown at 0.0%. Online deposit fees may apply. If you pay with a postal account, you are obliged to pay the postal charges so that the full payment arrives at the user. Your article will not be sent to you until the full amount has been received. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be additional.

5 Delivery, delivery restrictions
The delivery takes place within 7 working days after receipt of payment. In the case of payment via bank transfer, this period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued. Our delivery time, is about 6 weeks (from package receipt) depending on the workload, but there may be longer waiting times. If you do not send the cards to us correctly (without registered mail), we will not accept any liability if the package does not arrive! You are responsible for sending your package to us as securely as possible. Therefore, please always send your package by registered mail! If your cards are damaged upon arrival, we decline any liability. If the package has been demolished by the post office, we will contact you to find a solution. Do not send any cards to us in envelopes, there is too great a risk that the cards could be damaged.

6 Transfer of Risk
The risk of an accidental deterioration or an accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over; this is transferred to the consumer when the goods are handed over (collection in the post office box).

7 retention of title

8 Warranty

9 fakes / seal Yu-Gi-Oh! /manual editing/blue line

No counterfeit cards may be submitted for grading. Unless you just want to encapsulate your card, you have the option to submit custom or proxy cards. However, you must clearly indicate this on the submission form. Please read the post under Fakes carefully. If the security seal on the Yu-Gi-Oh! If a card is destroyed, halved or similar, or a card has been manually edited (touched up or written on), a European Pokémon card has a Blue Line instead of a Black Line (adhesive on the card must be black for European cards), we will not return the card for security reasons evaluate. The first time, you will be warned by us (usually without further action). If you try this a second time, we will forward your cards as it is fraudulent misrepresentation or fraud.

10 photos / advertising

Swiss Grading Service GmbH may take photos of your cards and use them for advertising purposes. This may be used on our homepage as well as on social networks.

11 Submission form

With the submission form, ask us for a professional and objective evaluation of your trading card. By submitting and signing the form, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms and conditions.

12 order

We always try to process your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur depending on the order volume. This has an impact on the order duration / delivery time of your submitted cards. We don’t promise delivery dates, this is just an assumption. If you have to wait longer, please do not ask more than once, as this can lead to further delays.
